Group coaching is a structured program that includes three to six individuals over a two- to three-month commitment. You will benefit from the support and accountability of others whom you can relate to and share this personal journey with, commonly referred to as the ‘collective wisdom’ of the group. Many clients find the process “less on the spot”, giving them more time to reflect and integrate their insights.

To draw the analogy to our physical fitness:
If you are of average physical fitness, you probably can hike up a basic trail without getting overly physically stressed. But hiking up a more difficult trail will be a different story. Your physical fitness might not be quite strong enough for that. Yet if you train for that challenge for a couple of months you will get better and better and in the end be able to conquer that trail as well.
And from research we know that we can do the same with our mental fitness and our performance. We can train Mental Fitness to improve our capacity to better handle the challenges of life.
